Job Title: Estimator
Job Location: San Francisco, CA 
Salary: $185K-$215K (DOE) 
Requirements: 5+ years of experience 

We are a premier and award-winning Bay Area GC that's been around for over 20 years. Our team specializes in commercial renovation, infrastructure, and TI construction.

What You Will Be Doing

- Oversee the project from first estimate through subcontract finalization
- Prepare instructions to bidders, bid form and other bid solicitation information as
required.
- Manage the bid process on negotiated, GMP, and lump sum projects
- Participate in the preparation and presentation of cost/budget information to the
customer/owner.
- Lead estimate / preconstruction handoff meetings between the preconstruction team and
the project team.

What You Need for this Position

MUST HAVE: 
- 5+ years of estimating experience (preparing detailed conceptual cost estimates from schematic level project
documentation)
- Commercial and renovation construction experience 
- Labs and TI experience 
- Proficiency at basic computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, take-off software
(On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam or Similar) and scheduling software (MS Project or
similar)
