Nature & Purpose of Position:

This position provides administrative and communications support for the Center for Intelligence and Crime Analysis (CICA), supervised by the CICA Coordinator.

Must be available to work during spring, summer, and fall semesters.

Responsibilities include assisting with:
  • Communicating logistics for professional development trainings
  • Building and maintaining registration forms
  • Daily monitoring of the CICA email inbox and updating the CICA calendar
  • Creating visually appealing informative materials such as course flyers and guides
  • Managing the CICA LinkedIn page
  • Performing administrative support and training preparation duties as needed
This position is based in the Beto Criminal Justice Center in Huntsville, TX. CICA professional development trainings are hosted at SHSU The Woodlands Campus. However, travel on course days is optional and not required for this position. Other Requirements for the Position:

  • Organized and comfortable adhering to strict deadlines
