Job description

Vermont Beverage Supply is a start up distributor of beverages in the state of Vermont. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the position of Route Sale Representative. As a Route Sale Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a designated route of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting our extensive range of products.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our customers and become a trusted advisor. You will be responsible for selling, restocking, and merchandising our products, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. You will also play a key role in promoting new products and driving sales growth. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a designated route of accounts
• Sell, restock, and merchandise products at customer locations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Promote new products and drive sales growth
• Plan and execute effective product displays and promotions
• Maintain accurate inventory records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile technology
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy loads on a regular basis
