Job description

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Family Practice - Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a board certified|eligible Family Medicine Physician to join their multidisciplinary team of caring and quality professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of the patients we serve.

Full-time
Outpatient only
No weekends, rounding, or call
Excellent compensation and benefits package
Federally Qualified Health Center: serving the medically under-served

Physician will be practicing within a newly constructed 32,000 square foot health center with new equipment, pharmacy, and lab on site. The new health centers design supports and encourages a multidisciplinary team to approach the whole-person patient centered care that integrates primary care, behavioral health and dental (in near future) services.
