Position Overview: The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, as well as managing client relations and the development of new business. This role requires a high level of organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Manage client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Identify opportunities for new business development and provide solutions that meet client needs
• Resolve customer service issues in a prompt and satisfactory manner
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding investment policies and procedures
• Assist with the tracking and reporting of investment performance
• Prepare and present presentations to clients
• Participate in ongoing client service training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
• 2+ years of experience in client services or business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of investment policies and procedures
• Understanding of the financial services industry
