Job description

This role requires thorough understanding of both the external changing context with challenges and drivers for sustainable business development, as well as internal landscape to accelerate DLLs Sustainable Business development and vendor engagement (particularly in ‘hard asset industries’ of Food & Agriculture and Construction, Transportation and Industrial). It concretely requires expertise to assess our vendor partners on sustainability topics, and to support the business in defining relevant interventions.
Additionally, it requires competences in progress monitoring and steering commercial strategies to assure completion of corporate KPIs. Finally, it requires competences to effectively engage with internal as well as external stakeholders and skills to drive sustainable business and thought leadership, in a context that can include competing aspirations between DLLs business growth and reduction of environmental footprint. Scale of this work is global at DLL, with Hard Asset business units in 25+ countries.

This role is linked to one of DLLs corporate KPIs. The role includes strategic advice to Hard Asset business units to become the sustainable transition partner for our vendors. The role covers a global scope and relates to all Hard Asset GBUs.

Applicable pay range
$70.000,00 - $100.000,00
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
