Job description

Introduction
RedSeal is seeking a focused, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Marketing team and play a key role in customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be experienced with high call volumes and will have a solid background generating interest and qualifying sales opportunities. This position reports to the Business Development Manager.
The SDR is a critical driver of sales activity, developing leads through the nurture and qualification funnel and into the sales pipeline. Working closely with the field sales team, the SDR will focus on engaging prospects within targeted accounts, presenting the RedSeal value proposition, determining if there is a fit, and then advancing the conversation to the field sales team.
