Job Description:
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the warehouse automation industry with expertise in material handling solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the warehouse automation sector.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the material handling and warehouse automation industry.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to understand client requirements and recommend tailored warehouse automation solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals and quotations that address customer needs and align with our client's capabilities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through contract negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product enhancements and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of successful sales experience in the warehouse automation industry, with a focus on material handling solutions and remote sales.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Deep understanding of warehouse automation technologies, including racking, conveyors, ASRS, and other integrated solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
