Job description

I am looking to hire, train and license an insurance service assistant who is fluent in Spanish. You will assist our Spanish Market Coordinator with servicing current clients, scheduling, paperwork, and general office duties.

We sell Property and Casualty Insurance, Commercial and Life Insurance.

Responsibilities

Assist Spanish Market Coordinator. This includes answering the phone, completing project, organizing, scheduling, building relationships with current clients.

Requirements

Must be able to pass state criminal background check. Must have transportation to work. Must be able to work an 8 hour work day 5 days a week. Must speak Spanish fluently.
