- While you have initiative and self-direction, you understand that results are best achieved with and through your team.
- You are eager to gain knowledge and skills to influence and persuade others by understanding their individual needs and motivations to help them decide.
- A self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups is essential.
Hard-Skills Needed:
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases.
- Willingness to drive to client homes within a 90-mile radius to complete presentations
- Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Basic computer / Math skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- 1+ years of experience in direct sales, retail sales, and/or customer service
