The Financial Analyst will be responsible for evaluating financial reports, conducting cost analysis, identifying areas of improvement, and developing financial models to support business decision-making. Ownership and Influence
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and variances and provide insights on business performance.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct cost analysis, assessing operational indicators to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop financial models and scenarios to support strategic planning and business decisions.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor industry trends and economic conditions to provide recommendations on potential risks and opportunities.
- Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Provide support during budgeting and forecasting processes, including gathering and organizing financial data from various sources.
- Develop financial presentations for management and stakeholders, summarizing complex data into understandable insights.
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions or partnerships.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and technological advancements in financial analysis.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in financial analysis and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
- Familiarity with financial systems and software (ERP, SAP, Oracle) to extract and analyze data.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to simplify complex financial information.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building strong working relationships.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong ethical conduct and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
