Job description
Seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Baltimore location. Ideal candidate should have at least three (3) years of experience in building maintenance or general handyman services. Certification is not mandatory for this position.
Responsibilities:
Job Description (daily responsibilities will vary):
- Drywall patching, repairs
- Painting
- Light carpentry and electrical
- Light Demolition, carpet removal, trash removal
- Drive van/truck, stock & clean van, pick up materials for jobs
- Must be able to wear half and full-face respirator
Qualifications:
Experience/Skills Desired (but will train the right individual):
- Building maintenance
- General maintenance, plumbing, electrical and restoration work (not required)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs regularly
Additional Requirements:
• Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
