- As our Blending Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the supervision of the entire batching operation, including staffing and training, productivity, quality, and safety, and also responsible for the Food Safety and Food Quality programs.
- This role is a night shift, (6pm-6am) in which you will be supervising the daily operations of batching, bulk loading, employee scheduling, training, and dispute resolution
- As the Blending supervisor, you will also observe and visually maintain our quality standards, monitor machinery and equipment set-up, work with team scheduling, and review data entered in to our system
What is Required
HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 2yrs Experience in Manufacturing
- 1yr in a Supervisor role
- Fork Lift Certified
- Salary Rate $63k-$94,000.00 DOE
