Probate Paralegal (Part-Time)

Job description
We are looking for a part-time probate paralegal with experience to join our growing probate practice. We focus on uncontested probates, guardianships, and conservatorships. We are not a litigation law firm and do not engage in contested matters. We pride ourselves on happy clients who want to thank us for our help navigating the complicated probate court. In this position, you will work multiple cases from beginning to end. Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple cases from start to finish
- Complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Organize and analyze asset information
- Prepare inventories, asset allocation documents, and agreements
- Create and follow documented procedures
- Additional duties depending on experience and preference
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of Arizona Probate experience
- Experience with Wealth Tracx, AvidLaw, and the Arizona Probate system a PLUS
- Autonomous and independent, enjoys working with little direction
- Dependability- more than spontaneity
