Pay : $45-$48/hr (depending on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced senior Art Director to join our client's dynamic Marketing and Communications team. As an Art Director, you will play a crucial role in designing creative content for a variety of print and digital channels. If you have a passion for cutting-edge design, collaboration, and delivering impactful marketing materials, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Design : Develop creative content for print and digital channels, including email, web, direct mail, display, and social media. Brainstorm concepts one day and tackle detail-oriented projects the next.
Collaboration : Work closely with a diverse team of creative professionals, including copywriters, creative directors, brand and marketing strategists. Work with partners-internal marketing and line-of-business.
Integrated Thinking : Understand the importance of integrated thinking across channels, products, and audiences while staying true to the brand.
Consumer Insights : Utilize consumer insights to inform creative decisions and enhance the overall customer experience.
Deadline Management : Effectively manage multiple deadlines on numerous projects, delivering error-free work with keen attention to detail.
Feedback Incorporation : Listen to and incorporate feedback, presenting work in a compelling way to gain support across different audiences. Determine when to use existing solutions or start from scratch, so that time can be invested where it matters. Understand the goals of a project, take direction well, and ask questions when clarity is needed.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of Art Director design experience, in a professional setting.
Social media design experience (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat).
3+ years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
1+ year of experience working with prototyping software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Portfolio showcasing creative work must be included with your resume.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
Experience in UX/UI or wireframing.
Experience in one or more of the following marketing areas: B2B, Experiential, Performance, or Direct Response.
Experience in the financial services industry.
