Job description

The FEDSIM Compliance Lead is assigned to the FEDSIM Center of Excellence (CoE) in support of FEDSIM opportunities pursued by business units across all Peraton Sectors. The opportunities range from $100M and surpass $1B in total contract value. The compliance lead will support both the acquisition development lifecycle to better improve the overall business outcomes for pre and post award activities. The compliance lead will support business development, capture, proposal development and program execution. Business developments activities will include the identification and integration of the FEDSIM PALT cycle processes, capture and proposals support will include acquisition strategy, reviews, and guidance of developed content to identify, improve and mitigate; strengths, weaknesses, risks, and discrepancies (SWRD), as part of the CoE’s incremental development model. Program execution includes the integration of business process, CDRLS, TDL, TPD, award fee boards and areas to standardize process to improve delivery across all FEDSIM awarded programs.

 

The compliance Lead works closely with the technical SMEs, solution architects and task lead(s) to identify SWRD identified to execute the technical approach. The compliance lead will provide guidance and foundational direction to improve content development, to improve business outcomes. The compliance lead works within an Agile methodology to drive the maturity of content across all the FEDSIM deliverables.
