Outstanding opportunity for a strong learning & development leader who possesses leadership development, commercial/sales effectiveness and market access experience. The candidate should demonstrate a passion for creating and delivering learning journeys to support leaders at all levels across the commercial organization. Additionally, the candidate will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, make good decisions with limited information, gain consensus with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple levels of leadership while leading work and deliverables. This is a highly visible and critical role and will report to the Senior Director of Commercial Learning & Leadership Development.
Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with leaders at every level to understand business goals and strategies to identify opportunities for learning and development programs and/or support
- Evaluate training programs, curriculum, tools, platforms and corresponding training materials for multiple layers of management, as well as market access colleagues, to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies
- Champion development, delivery, and management of learning journeys across multiple roles / levels
- Proactively conduct on-going feedback discussions with leaders and key stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and relevancy of all learning and development program content
- Leads, coaches and develops direct report(s), as well as supports the development of colleagues within the learning and development team
- Collaborates and communicates closely with peers to plan, develop and implement strategies and tactics to drive achievement of department objectives
- Manage the identification and selection of vendors, as well as subsequent relationships and project related to learning and development programs
- Attend appropriate training classes to maintain an advanced level of knowledge
- Forecast future needs, manage budget +/-5% and achieve financial targets
Qualifications Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business/science, advance degree preferred
- 12+ years of years of experience with positions of increasing responsibility
Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience leading direct reports
- Demonstrated experience in designing training programs that incorporate adult learning concepts
- Proven ability to create, develop & lead projects
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and interdependently
- Strong project management skills with prove track record of execution and results
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, foster collaborative environment, negotiate and influence in a matrix environment, exercise tact and diplomacy in stressful situations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple departs as required to meet learning and development goals
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Experience selling injectables and/or physician administered treatments in difficult / ambiguous reimbursement environments
- Experience in utilizing technology to engage field groups
Travel Requirements: - This position will require travel as appropriate to meet the needs of the business
