Job description
A general contracting company is seeking a Project Administrator to help them manage multiple priorities for construction projects ranging from $200k to $10M at their Hayward, CA, office.
Your Day Includes
Coordinate acceptance of contracts and set up job folders
Administer subcontractor pre-qualification process
Coordinate permit acquisition and relay billing to AR
Assist in assembling bid packages and preparation of contracts and subcontracts
Maintain job files and enter/gather field paperwork/correspondences
Must Haves
Previous work experience in a construction company and GC required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in MS Office and Foundation software preferred
