Realty Richmond and Shurm Homes seek a licensed Realtor (or someone with proven commissioned based sales experience willing to get licensed in real estate) to provide immediate and exceptional customer service to prospective new home buyers and sell new construction homes in communities throughout greater Richmond area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Hold model homes open approximately 5 days a week on a rotating schedule including weekends. Be available to meet with customers and realtors outside of model hours as needed.
- Point of contact for all customers pre-contract with a same day return email, phone call, etc. policy as well as assisting customers while selecting their dream home.
- Create rapport and build relationship with customers, put together purchase agreements and price options selections using IHMS software. Coordinate with lenders, office staff and others as necessary.
- Manage incoming sales leads and inquiries.
- Maintain model home appearance and adhere to site agent expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid VA Real Estate License, license must be transferred to Realty Richmond
- Minimum 2 years of commissioned sales experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office a must and Mark Systems (IHMS) Software a PLUS!
- Knowledge and understanding of how to use CRM software to generate sales and manage customers a MUST.
- Knowledge and understanding of residential real estate sale contracts is a bonus, but willing to train the right individual with proven commission based success in another industry.
- Conduct all business professionally and ethically.
- Customer service oriented- must be patient, professional and courteous.
- Self-Starter with great organizational skills and time management skills.
- Knowledge of current design trends in Richmond and nationally a plus.
- Fast learner and willingness to learn and able to multi-task and establish priorities.
