This position primarily works from an office or home office and involves sitting at a computer. However, opportunities to visit Wildlife Lands and personally observe the work done by CDFW is available!
In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
Experience with the State's labor relations processes.
Positive working relationships with labor unions and excluded representative organizations
Excellent oral and written communication and organization skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
