Job description

Seeking P&C licensed and experienced Insurance Sales Rep in Richardson!

Build relationships with our valued clients, receive top-tier insurance knowledge to thrive in a busy, team-oriented agency. You will work provided leads and close new business. Your Agent will guide you and a supportive District 53 Farmers Team will encourage your progress and training.

Salary: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Work in Agency Office - Monday to Friday - 8:30 to 5:30.
• Call agency provided leads for new business sales to reach goals.
• Build customer connections to ensure their insurance requirements are handled with utmost professionalism.
• Respond to requests, follow-up, provide outstanding customer service and enlighten clients about insurance products.
• Cross-sell to current clients & propose custom insurance solutions.

Requirements

• Active General Lines or Personal Lines Property & Casualty TX License
• 1 year experience as an insurance Licensed Sales Producer
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
• Possess a coachable and receptive attitude towards feedback.
• Show strong motivation and drive in all tasks.
• General Lines Life, Accident & Health License not required but preferred.
