Facility Management Corporation, known as FMC Ice Sports", was formed in 1992 to deliver high quality ice sport facility management and operations, as well as ice-based programs that benefit our communities and promote interest in both hockey and skating. We have established a record of quality operations and have grown to be the largest operator of public arenas in the United States. FMC operates 25 public ice skating arenas across the state of Massachusetts in long-term partnership agreements with the Commonwealth and various municipalities, as well as educational institutions.

The Concession Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of on-site operation of the concession stands including operation, staffing, training and inventory.

Full-Time position. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401K and earned time after eligibility period is met.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in basic food handling, sanitation, and customer service is required.
• Experience working in a shift manager, supervisor or manager role preferred.
• Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and varying event schedule.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with the Food and Beverage Manager in preparation for event needs.
• Ensure Concessions team members are following proper policy and procedure in accordance with FMC standards.
• Verifies monthly inventory for accuracy and reporting to Concessions Coordinator.
• Works with supply houses and vendors to ensure product is delivered & retrieved in a timely manner
• Manages all aspects of the Beachside Café from May-Sept.

• Responsible for overseeing Concession Cashiers, Food Handlers, inclusive of hiring, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Ability to cover any open position to ensure location is fully operational and company standards pertaining to the speed of service and guest satisfaction are met.
• Oversee cleanliness, product quality, customer service, food safety and alcohol service are being met by FMC company standards.
• Works with the Boston Area GM & Food and Beverage Manager to create and execute a menu
• Other duties as assigned to support the Concession operation as directed by the General Manager or Food and Beverage manager.
