Your Role:
As a Human Resources Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department's day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining up-to-date employee records and databases.
Managing email correspondence and phone inquiries for the HR department efficiently.
Showcasing excellent conflict management and decision-making skills.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Facilitating the job posting process and overseeing the flow of applicants.
Coordinating the orientation and training sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into our team.
What We're Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in an HR assistant role or a similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong data entry and organizational skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
An understanding of HR laws and regulations.
The capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
