You will be working in your assigned territory and responsible for promoting and selling Plum POS and the Plum Product Suite while building positive relationships with local restaurant owners.
Bring your restaurant, bar, and/or hospitality management experience here. And help us grow with your understanding of potential customers needs and pain points. With a we walked in their shoes before and understand mindset. The role is focused on prospecting, building relationships, leading the sales cycle, and closing sales with prospective restaurants.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect and canvas assigned sales territory for opportunities within the restaurant, hospitality, and bar and nightclub markets
- Conduct high volume prospecting to find qualified leads through calls and emails.
- Schedule discovery meeting calls with prospective customers. Set in-person and/or Zoom sales presentations, product demos and present proposals.
- Maintain accurate and current prospect information in company CRM system
- Identify prospective customers needs and POS pain points and match those needs with solutions provided by Plum POS and the Plum Suite of Products
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to sale with a growing portfolio of clients
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Meet and exceed prospecting and sales goals
Qualifications
- Restaurant operations and/or management experience
- POS or restaurant technology experiences a plus.
- Have the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can effectively communicate with internal team while being remote and working autonomously.
- Have exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
- Ability to learn and quickly become proficient with new technology
- Ability to adapt to ever-changing environments/situations
- Self-starter with strong time management skills
- B2B Sales Experience with provided success.

Salary: From $55,000.00 per year + Uncapped Commissions
