With 18 locations and 16k projects down, we are best known for our excellent customer service and construction service,  disaster response and recovery w/ the ability to mobilize within 48 hours following an even, and 300+ years of combined experience in rehabilitation and reconstruction programs.

We are seeking PMs across Louisiana (Lake Charles, Monroe, Shreveport, Alexandria) who have experience in residential construction to join our team today! This person will be responsible for overseeing residential new construction and rehabilitation activities in a scattered lot environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential construction projects on scattered lots
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Oversee all aspects of the project, including permitting and inspections
• Work with and manage contractors and subcontractors
• Communicate with homeowners, providing information and answering questions
• Ensure projects are done to code and in accordance with local building regulations
• Identify and address any potential issues or risks on the project

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of residential construction
• Experience working with scattered lots
• Experience obtaining permits and working with inspections
• Excellent communication skills for working with homeowners
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
