Job Details:

Main Responsibilities:

- Assist in the monthly close process by preparing journal entries, performing balance sheet account reconciliations, and conducting ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Utilize critical-thinking skills and Excel proficiency to analyze financial statements and underlying data, presenting insights to management.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis on balance sheet and income statement accounts, investigating discrepancies.
- Support accounting processes and procedures across all business units.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable team, providing training, guidance, and mentorship.
- Review and approve AP and AR transactions.
- Continuously evaluate processes and procedures to identify potential risks and recommend improvements.
- Support policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial statement accuracy.
- Undertake ad hoc research, project work, and analysis as assigned.
- Assist in financial reporting at period ends.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in audit or tax capacity.
- Strong communication skills.
- Master's degree, CPA or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to collaborate across departmental functions.
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in Public Accounting.
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability.
- Deadline-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Team player with professional maturity.
- Experience with Microsoft D365 is a plus.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
