Job description
Job Description: Warsaw Chemical is seeking a creative and highly organized marketing professional to work in our corporate office in Warsaw, Indiana. This individual will perform a wide variety of marketing and graphic design activities.
Job Duties:
- Assisting in the creation and execution of our corporate marketing strategy.
- Own our Product Mix and partner with our chemists and new product development team to build out exciting new products and categories.
- Collaborating with our team to develop and create product catalogs, product sales sheets, training and educational materials, video demonstrations, and other marketing collateral to support our customers and sales team.
- Coordinating all social media/website updates, developing email marketing campaigns and managing content creation for blogs and other communications.
- Working with our sales team to support current and new product launches.
- Assisting with the planning, scheduling, logistics and preparation for tradeshows, company events, and in-house product and sales training.
- Perform other duties, tasks and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- BA/BS Degree preferably in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and work.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing and graphic design experience.
- Knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Acrobat, and InDesign.
- Knowledge and experience using and developing all forms of social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, juggle, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills, work ethic and integrity.
- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and in a collaborative environment.
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency and a strong passion for your work, impeccable attention to detail, and effectively able to meet deadlines.
- This is a full-time position at our corporate offices in Warsaw.
