Summary

Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Active DoD TS//SCI Security Clearance with Poly is required.

System Administrator, Entry Level

• Zero (0) years of experience required for candidates with a Bachelor's degree as described as above.
• Five (5) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of a similar scope with a High School Diploma.

System Administrator, Jr.

• Five (5) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of a similar scope, type, and complexity is required with a Bachelor's degree as described as above.
• Ten (10) years of experience is required with a High School Diploma.
• UNIX/Linux system administration experience (Linux, Solaris) is desired.

System Administrator, Mid

• Ten (10) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of a similar scope, type, and complexity is required with a Bachelor's degree as described as above.
• Fifteen (15) years of experience is required with a High School Diploma.
• Six (6) years of experience (combined) with Unix and Linux desired.

System Administrator, Senior

• Fifteen (15) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of a similar scope, type, and complexity is required with a Bachelor's degree as described as above.
• Twenty (20) years of experience is required with a High School Diploma.
• Six (6) years of experience (combined) with Unix and Linux desired.
