We seek a dynamic and results-driven ADU Sales Consultant (On-site) to spearhead our clients sales efforts and drive revenue. You will be responsible for working with inbound B2C leads, building relationships with clients and closing deals. This is an on-site position that requires a valid driver’s license and ability to drive to the locations in the Greater Sacramento area.

Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs: revenue, conversion rate, close rate
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication (video and in-person meetings, calls, texts, emails)
- Drive to the residential homes of prospective customers to make measurements with advanced tech devices
- Manage the sales process, including inbound leads qualification, negotiation, and closing deals
- Oversee the sales funnel, submit regular sales reports, and manage CRM data (Kommo CRM)
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in B2C sales (qualification, negotiation, closing)
- Proven successful track record and achievements
- Excellent communication in English (level C1-C2) and Ukrainian/Russian
- Excellent people and time management skills
- Excellent analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in using AI, CRMs, dashboards, analytics tools and other software
- Ability to work on-site in Sacramento, CA
- A valid driver’s license and a car
Preferred Qualifications:
- ADU, Construction, Real Estate, or Property Management sales experience
- Experience in a high-volume sales activities environment
