Job Title: Patóloga de Habla y Lenguaje
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patóloga de Habla to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Patóloga de Habla is to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in individuals of all ages. This includes working with patients who have difficulty producing speech sounds, have trouble understanding language, or struggle with voice disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Providing therapy to improve speech and language skills
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Providing education and guidance to patients and their families on speech and language disorders
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid licensure as a speech-language pathologist
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Experience working with patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
