The
HR Coordinator - Home Office assists Home Office HR shared services teams with administrative and business support. They support projects as directed, including HR programs, vendor invoicing, scheduling, document organization, and project management. Common duties include managing HRIS activities such as employee onboarding tasks, mail, calendars, expense reports, travel coordination, and meeting coordination. Additionally, they handle supply orders and maintenance. They also support various Human Resources activities, including new employee orientation and related HR reporting.
What You Will Do - Answer and direct incoming questions from Home Office Employees
- Facilitate Home Office New Employee Orientations for small and large groups
- Lead Committee for planning various large employee appreciation events
- Provide HR Shared Services support as needed, including reporting and producing HR Reports, key metrics, analytics and data preparation
- Process invoices and ensures timely submission
- Plan and coordinate the communication and execution of various events
- Support various aspects of recruiting and onboarding/offboarding processes including communication to managers, processing new hire paperwork, managing relocations for home office hires, screenings and tests, departure survey communication, reporting and storing of documentation along with ensuring separation documentation is accurate, approved and completed
- Assist in tracking of budget spend
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring To The Table - Two or more years of administrative assistant experience.
- One year of experience managing projects.
- Prior Human Resources experience or exposure preferred.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply human resources regulations and guidelines preferred
- Strong presentation skills to small and large groups both in person and virtually
- Knowledge of project management work
- Knowledge of Lean practices and transformation
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to develop presentations using Google Slides or similar
- Communication and interpersonal skills to respond to employee inquiries and and to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Time management skills
- Ability to solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures
