With “swamps” located in Sunnyvale (HQ), Seattle, Atlanta, we are looking to enhance and expand our North America workplace infrastructure to enable our next chapter of growth! We are looking for a passionate and driven Director of Facilities and Workplace Services, North America to create a one-of-a-kind work experience for our “frogs”, both in the swamp and remote.

As the Director of Facilities and Workplace Services at JFrog you will…
- Be the swamp master! Design and build productive and attractive swamps that our frogs love, reflect our froginess, and that can adapt to our changing needs as a fast-growing and evolving high-tech company. You’ll be designing intentional collaboration and work spaces, scaling spaces to accommodate growth, supporting changes in team structures, driving the effectiveness of our hybrid work model and more…
- Play a key role in attracting and retaining our dear frogs. We love being together in the swamp, so come help us by designing, delivering and managing a vibrant and joyful swamp experience (including our “remote” swamp) that reinforces our unique culture (check out our CODEX) and that strengthens connections and community. What’s swamp life? It’s enjoying great meals together, communing and bonding over shared interests, learning about each other’s traditions and backgrounds, volunteering with and supporting local nonprofits, celebrating our achievements, having fun together, the list goes on.
- Promote the safety and well-being of our frogs. Ensure we are providing a safe, healthy and comfortable work environment and complying with all workplace health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost effectiveness by continuously reviewing and improving our operational processes, managing our vendors and resources astutely and with care, and ensuring we stay within budget.
- Be a responsible steward of our resources by developing and implementing sustainability initiatives related to the workplace that align with JFrog’s ESG goals.
To be the Director of Facilities and Workplace Services at JFrog you need...
- Facilities or workplace leadership experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive and senior-level experience leading and managing successful teams in facilities management, workplace experience or a related field.
- High-tech experience: Experience working in the fast-growing high-tech industry.
- Strategic and financial planning: Ability to develop, implement, and manage strategic plans and budgets for facilities and workplace experience at a large scale that align with our growth and business objectives.
- Vendor and contract management: Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Project management: Strong experience in project management, including planning, executing, and overseeing large-scale projects.
- Leadership and team building: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse, distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree. MBA or business equivalent degree a plus.
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…
- At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
- This position has a base salary range between $170,000-$200,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
- This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

- Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
