Job description

Business growth and internal restructuring is presenting us with the opportunity to add a talented and loyal colleague to our team. He/she should be a competent English and Mandarin speaker, with strong team-management and commercial skills, and preferably with international trade experience. Office Management

  1. Supervise and guide the Office Manager on the daily operations and improvements of the office and its’ systems.
  2. Ensure security and safety of office and field staff and the company’s physical and digital systems.
  3. Oversee and approve company/office expenses and implement efficiencies wherever possible.
Human Resources Management
  1. Lead by example on company culture, ethics, policies, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure).
  2. Hire, train, discipline and dismiss staff in line with company policies and with prior approval of COO and CEO.
  3. Assign staff-specific targets. Train and mentor the staff to reach their targets.
  4. Supervise the HR Manager and authorize staff holidays and sick leaves.
  5. Develop and implement team building activities.
Business Management
  1. Analyse various daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly company reports & spreadsheets and implement follow up tasks.
  2. Support Project Managers and Quality Control Officer with settling complaints and claims with factories and clients.
  3. Support the IFL Team with the annual ISO audit and certification renewal.
  4. Support and accompany the CEO and COO with all business matters, meetings, and exhibition as and when required.
  5. Acompany visiting clients to factories around China and Southeast Asia as and when required.
Sales Management
  1. Support the management in setting and reaching annual sales, shipment and profit targets.
  2. Support Bus. Dev. Director, Marketing Director, Sales Directors and Project Managers as and when required.
  3. Research and identify growth opportunities for the staff and the company.
  4. When assigned by CEO or COO, develop and grow new and/or existing client accounts.
  5. Represent & promote the company products & services at trade association meetings & exhibitions
