Job description
Job Title: CAD Drafting Technician
Duration: 12+ months (Possibility of extension)
Location: Neenah, WI 54956
Shift: Mon-Fri hours 7am- 3:30pm (hours can be flexible if needed)
Position Purpose :
Role Overview:
This position is for an electrical CAD drafting technician. This role entails updating red-lined electrical prints, maintaining machine documentation, and supporting small plant-run design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Use AutoCAD knowledge to maintain machine electrical documentation
Update prints based on feedback from engineers or electricians
Create construction package documentation for small-scale projects
Qualifications:
Experience with AutoCad v20
Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint
Good communication skills
Knowledge of electrical drawing device symbols
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Rockwell RSLogix 5, 500 and 5000 PLC software
Knowledge of drawing system
NFPA70e trained
Other:
Majority of work to be conducted on-site
