Job Summary:
The Automotive Sales Associate/Product Specialist at Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lawrenceville will be responsible for presenting new and used vehicles to customers in a professional and customer-focused manner. This role will require a strong knowledge of automotive products and services, excellent communication and personal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry located in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a salary sales position with a compensation range of $15 to $30 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, this role also offers benefits such as health insurance, retirement options, employee discounts on vehicle purchases, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of new and used vehicles
- Conduct test drives and assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and budget
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date on latest automotive products and technology, attending product trainings as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process for customers
Requirements:
- College Degree or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Strong understanding of automotive products and services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
