Morgan is actively seeking a skilled technician with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in multi-family environments. As our team member, you'll showcase your expertise in plumbing, HVAC, and apartment turns. The ideal candidate should be flexible with their schedule, willing to take on-call emergencies, and available to work Saturdays if necessary. 

What we'll expect from you: 

• Identifying issues and providing effective resolutions.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
• Obtain HVAC certification within 90-days of employment if not already obtained.
• A minimum of 2 years of industry experience required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• A valid drivers license is mandatory.
