What’s a typical day as an Assembly Operator?
Assemble medical device products while maintaining high quality / performance standards on all products.
Operate the Automated assembly machines including identification and notification of alarms
Perform quality checks per the quality inspection plan
Perform daily/weekly/monthly preventive and routine machine maintenance.
Performs tooling adjustment (e.g., sharpening/conditioning, checking height of spring-loaded pins (pin-ou), keying features, bend stations, insertion stations).
Replaces sensors, punches, dies, stock components, air cylinders, belts, etc.
Schedule and Pay Details:
1 st Shift Monday – Thursday 4:00AM – 2:30pm/5:00AM – 3:30PM with OT as required
2 nd shift Monday – Thursday 3:30 PM – 2:00AM with OT as required
Weekly Pay + benefits
$18.00/hour - $21.45/ hour depending on shift
This Job Might be an Outstanding Fit if You:
Have 1 yrs previous experience assembling medical devices
Have a strong attention to quality and detail
Can visually identify quality defects
