Job description
We have an opportunity to join the Alliance as the Communications Content Specialist in the Communications Department.
Reporting to the Media and Content Manager, this position:
ABOUT THE TEAM
We are brand champions, working collaboratively to create relevant, effective and clear communications to support operational goals and promote understanding of our services for the populations we serve.
The Communications Department provides expertise and enterprise-wide support for all internal and external communications, talking points and messaging, media outreach, design and branding, copywriting, project communications support, outreach materials, company-wide presentations, and photos and videos.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Creatively develops fresh, compelling, and innovative content. Brings cultural and linguistic awareness when translating text from English to Spanish

The actual compensation for this role will be determined by our compensation philosophy, analysis of the selected candidate's qualifications (direct or transferrable experience related to the position, education or training), as well as other factors (internal equity, market factors, and geographic location).
Santa Cruz County Pay Range
$87,364—$139,796 USD
Merced County Pay Range
$79,501—$127,212 USD
Monterey County Pay Range
$87,364—$139,796 USD
