Are you ready to step into the exciting world of Emergency Veterinary Medicine? BluePearl Pet Hospital invites you to join our EmERge Program, designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to excel as an Emergency Veterinarian in one of our cutting-edge facilities.
About the E mERge Program:
Our EmERge Program is an immersive, full-time one-year training initiative. From day one, you’ll be part of our team, receiving hands-on training, lectures, mentoring, and real-world experience. We believe in compensating you fairly, so you’ll receive a competitive salary right from the start.

Qualifications:
+ Graduate of an accredited veterinary school
+ Passed (or pending) the NAVLE
+ Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of interest

Please note that the E mERge program doesn’t replace or substitute an internship required for application to a residency.
Program Structure:
+ Phase 1 (4 Weeks in Clearwater, Florida): Start with an immersive “boot camp” that includes hands-on labs, case-based lectures, and group discussions. The remaining 12 weeks are spent at your primary hospital, rotating through internal medicine, surgery, and emergency and critical care.
+ Phase 2 (20 Weeks): You’ll be mentored during ER shifts, guided by experienced emergency veterinarians.
+ Phase 3 (16 Weeks): Transition to experiential training, working ER shifts.

Your salary will increase as you complete each phase of the program.

Commitment:
A one-year work commitment after training is required, totaling two years.

Compensation During the Program:
+ Weeks 1-16: $3,076.92 bi-weekly (equivalent to $80,000 annually)
+ Weeks 17-36: $3,846.15 bi-weekly (equivalent to $100,000 annually)
+ Weeks 37-52: (Market Rate starts here moving forward if you’re ready to start experiential training by week 37.
