We are Hiring a Maintenance Tech / Entry Level Service Technician!

Providing service, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.

Job Title: Maintenance Tech / Entry Level HVAC Service Technician

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with occasional overtime

What you will be doing:

• Receiving hands-on job training for residential and light commercial annual maintenance and service
• Delivering Excellent Customer service to our customers.
• Consulting with customers regarding repair and replacement options; Replacements needs are forwarded to the Comfort Advisor/Salesperson
• Educating clients on indoor air quality products that fit customers' needs
• Communicating with service manager about product needs, training enhancement, or desired specialty training

Qualifications / Skills:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 1 + years' HVAC industry experience
• Annual maintenance / clean and check experience desired, but not required
• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE Certification or obtain once employed
• Possession of required tools
• Willingness to invest time in developing your skills and knowledge through training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass background check & drug screen
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School is desired, but not required
