**Your Mission:**

Livian Suburban Chicago, in partnership with the company, is looking for an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our dynamic team. We seek a motivated, humble, and smart Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you are goal-oriented, quick at establishing connections, and passionate about helping people buy and sell real estate, we want you to be part of our team.

**What a Successful Inside Sales Associate Does:**

In this role, you will play a fundamental part in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Your daily tasks will include making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our real estate agents. Success in this role is tied to your grit, consistency, and daily execution.

**Responsibilities:**

- Communicate with customers and follow up on leads.
- Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Set qualified appointments for the sales agents.
- Assist in sales agent database follow-up.
- Answer potential customers' questions and provide additional information.
- Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
- Research and qualify new leads.
- Close sales and achieve sales targets.

**Qualifications:**

- Current Real Estate License (applications without a current RE license will not be considered).
- Proficiency in MAC, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Drive.
- Detail-oriented with data entry in spreadsheets and various software applications.
- Two years of sales experience preferred.
- Fearless on the phone.

**Physical Requirements:**

This position requires sitting, keyboarding, and viewing a computer monitor in a business office environment. Reasonable accommodations can be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

**Work Environment:**
