About Houston

 

ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team

 


Exxon Mobil Corporation (“ExxonMobil”) is seeking to hire experienced transactional attorneys for its legal team in Houston, Texas. These attorneys will work with a team of experienced lawyers to support one or more of ExxonMobil’s Upstream, Product Solutions (refining, fuels, lubes, polymers and chemicals), and Low Carbon Solutions businesses on a wide variety of transactional, commercial, regulatory and operational matters, including but not limited to, the negotiation, drafting and implementation of agreements (e.g., M&A, joint venture and other project structure governance and operations, offtake and product sales agreements, services agreements, and supply agreement such as EPC, drilling, and various equipment and materials purchase contracts). The attorneys will work closely with assigned clients, often on a daily basis, with oversight from more experienced attorneys where required.
