Job description

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Technologist/Technician - Imaging facility in Decatur, GA is seeking a full time MRI Technologist to join their team. The right candidate will be highly motivated and compassionate with great communication skills.

The MRI Technologist will use X-rays, CT scans and MRI to collect body images for diagnostic examination.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Operating and maintaining equipment
Communicating with providers and physicians to carry out orders
Communicate with patients to prepare and position them for scans and x-rays - proper bedside manner is of the most importance
Protect patients from radiation exposure
Help physicians with imaging orders, evaluations and records
