Job description
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Provide Cloud audit capabilities within the department. Manage end-to-end cloud audits in a risk focused manner and to a high standard in accordance with department and professional standards. Engage in clear communication with stakeholders relating to the audit scope, risks and issues. Evaluate, test and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of the cloud control environment. Analyze Risks and proactively identify the root-cause of issues with a view to providing recommendations for improvement where weaknesses are identified. Finalize Audit findings and use judgment to provide an overall opinion on the control environment. Disseminate best practice and regulatory requirements. Critically assess the impact of evolving industry and regulatory changes on the business and its control environment. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Information Management or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Senior Auditor, Associate, Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: auditing cloud technologies, including Google, and Azure; Cloud security; Technology Development; Software- as-a-Service products, including auditing of Microsoft 365; Technology Infrastructure Risk and Controls, including administration of Cloud, Network, Windows, Linux, or UNIX Operating Systems, and Database; infrastructure technology; technology governance and assessments; AWS Cloud Services; Azure Cloud Services; AWS Security Services; and Azure Security Services. Must have Cloud Security certifications, including AWS Solution Architect and AWS Sysops Admin.
Job Location: 480 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07310. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $185,000.00-$200,000.00 per year.
