This position will manage the Winship Education and Training team and activities, under oversight of the Winship AD of Education and Training. Responsibilities will include management of Winship priority programs, including but not limited to Winship Grand Rounds, Elkin lecture series, ACS IRG and related activities, K12 program support, faculty development and onboarding, support of the Winship grant review process, nominations committee and postdoctoral fellows programming. This manager will be required to implement tracking of Winship trainees, to be reported as part of the Winship CCSG. Successful candidates will have research administration experience, particularly with academic training programs, and be able to assume responsibility for coordination of large, complex projects including development and management of overall research project timelines, procedures, and tracking system, preparation of grant documentation and progress reports in accordance with federal rules and regulations, coordination of pilot project application cycles, coordination and participation in project meetings, conference calls, retreats and training sessions, monitor and develop budgets and continuations. This candidate will closely interact with research development team members to establish and share best practices. This position will also assist with additional related research administration and development support activities as required.

NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
