Wealth Management Advice and Solutions (WMAS) is responsible for leading the firm in ensuring our clients are on track to meet their financial goals. Products is an area within WMAS focused on enabling personalized client outcomes by leading the strategy and evolution of the firm's wealth management offering. We lead and coordinate product strategy and ongoing product management. We also provide clients with a broad supply of quality products and services, aligned with the firm's advice and guidance, to meet our clients' personalized needs.
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute the firm's High Net Worth (HNW) Products and Services strategy to ensure Edward Jones has Products and Services needed to serve HNW clients.
Participate in the design, development and management of competitive, innovative and high quality products & services in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Gather data and insights and conduct analysis of advanced complexity that inform product strategy and development.
Responsible for HNW products & services partners and/or matrixed team relationships of moderate to significant size, complexity, number or impact in order to:
manage and maintain the portfolio of products and services including influencing recommendations to firm governance committees add / remove / change products, services or product partners as needed.
help identify gaps and opportunities in products and services. Shape, maintain and execute roadmap to address in alignment with firm strategic direction.
Collaborate with key stakeholders in the division such as Advice and Guidance and Financial Planning to ensure that advice and planning is aligned and tailored to the HNW client segment needs.
Collaborate on the design and development of integrated platforms, systems, tools and processes that create a better client and branch team experience.
Resolve moderately complex / broad HNW products and services issues as escalated. Contribute to root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
Regularly interface with internal and external peer contacts (e.g. relationship managers, product analysts, divisional sales managers, and operational managers)
Serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned HNW products and services for the firm. Includes broad and some advanced knowledge of multiple products and services, advice, planning strategies, and relative positioning in the marketplace.
Develop understanding of rules and potential changes in the tax, legal and regulatory environment impacting HNW products and services.
Leads certain additional responsibilities specific to the team or area (e.g. recruiting, training, product partner coordination, wholesaler effectiveness)
