Job description
Responsibilities
· Interacts with customers in a friendly, pleasant, and upbeat manner.
· Is punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable, and above all, honest.
· Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift (shift checklist complete).
· Decorate and present the finished product to the customer.
· Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to guidelines. Maintains a safe working condition.
· Follows food safety procedures and protocols.
· Follows the direction of the Assistant Manager/Shift supervisor and/or Operations Manager.
Requirements and skills
· Upbeat and engaging personality
· Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints
· Willingness to work on your feet
· Willing to work a flexible schedule
· Reliable transportation
· Must obtain food handlers permit (we will pay for it if you don’t have it).
· Must be able to lift 35 lbs
· Operate scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.
· Must be able to follow instructions
