- Management of the site Maintenance Technicians
- Own and operate the site Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Respond to Corrective Maintenance requests, create workshops, and assign tasks
- Collaborate with other teams for continuous improvement and capital projects
- Work with the Plant Manager to develop critical work priorities
- Assist Technicians with the installation/maintenance of electro-mechanical & hydraulic components and systems
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees
- Provide site authority for all LOTO, Arc Flash, Fall Arrest, and Respiratory protection programs
- Coordinate with vendors to plan preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
- Other duties as requested
Required:
- 5+ years of Facility, Maintenance, or Manufacturing management experience
- Knowledgeable in areas such as Industrial Electrical, Controls & Automation, Fluid Control Systems, & Environmental Controls
- Ability to analyze electrical schematics and blueprints/drawings
- Proficiency with ERP/CMM systems
