The Branch Manager purpose is to retain current accounts, gain new accounts, and develop teamwork between CSR’s and OSS.  At the same time manage the service and inventory aspect of the branch. Coordinating with branch staff and production to provide elite customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily deposits to send to Corporate Office.
• Enforces policies and procedures while promoting a fair and safe workplace.
• Manages/schedules staff, Enforces Discipline, Assists hiring/firing, performs evaluations.
• Ensures customer satisfaction, providing resolution for issues/complaints.
• Reports competitive information, market trends and opportunities to sell projects.
• Help in warehouse and load customers with forklift when needed.

Schedule

• Schedule is Monday – Friday!   Weekends are yours to enjoy !

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive wages paid WEEKLY.  Salaried Team Members may work more than 40 hours per week.
• Starting salary range $54,000

Qualifications

• HSD or GED
• Management experience
• OSHA 10 preferred
