Job Description :
The main function to assist in communications around co-Pilot, and other customer Modern Work customer Narratives. The candidate will also drive interaction and content creation across BG, with inputs from ATU/STU as well as CSU Corp stakeholders as needed. As part of these activities, the candidate will help prepare content which could be in PowerPoint Presentations, emails or other forms of communications.
Role & Responsibilities include: - Develop communication as needed for all Modern Work and Co-pilot activities.
- Assist and support the development of the co-pilot Solution play BOM materials such as: customer narrative, pitch decks, conversation guides, demos, case studies, compete assets, and industry specific material.
- Assist with any v-team meetings as part of the communications development, including setting up of meeting, documentation of all actions and follow-up accordingly should the need for this arise.
- Design and create content for decks as necessary for field meetings or v-team meetings as required.
- Manage information gathering across Corp teams (STU/ ATU/ Digital Sales) for content as needed,
Skills: - Must have business acumen, understanding of client business and ability to provide deep business insight.
- Superior communications skills.
- Years of experience developing communications
- Basic design skills for PowerPoint document creation
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- Strong product knowledge of business product portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Loop, etc.
Experience: - Previous MSFT Experience working preferably in Azure, Security or Modern Work | 2-3 years minimum.
- Excellent copywriting experience for executive or internal communications | 10 years
- Previous experience with content marketing | 10 years
